Upcoming USA Maintenance

Dear valued customers,

as part of our continuous efforts to improve our service quality, we'll be performing scheduled maintenance at our location in the United States of America (Dallas, Texas).

During this maintenance, we'll performing a core network upgrade to improve stability and availability of the connectivity of all customer services, as well as physically moving our hardware into a new colocation suite at our Dallas location within the current datacenter.

Due to the physical move of the affected equipment, this will unfortunately result in a downtime of services located in the US. We have decided to conduct the maintenance during the night hours (Dallas time) to reduce the impact as far as possible.

Maintenance start: Wednesday, August 12, 2026 - 06:00 AM UTC (01:00 AM CDT)
Maintenance end: Wednesday, August 12, 2026 - 12:00 PM UTC (07:00 AM CDT)
Duration: 6 hours
Impact: Full service unavailability in the US

Upon the start of the maintenance, we'll automatically shut down all affected services. Please make sure that you save all unfinished work, before the maintenance starts. If you want to be sure that everything's in order upon shutdown, you're also free to shutdown your server yourself before the maintenance window starts. When the maintenance is finished, all servers will be automatically started again.
